Yaakov also maintains and oversees the systems that support our apartments, owners, staff, and clients — including insurance tracking, utilities, billing, software, reporting, and internal workflows — ensuring everyone gets what they need while keeping Holy Estates organized, proactive, and always one step ahead.

Meir Dissin is a dedicated Maintenance Manager and Coordinator at Holy Estates, bringing years of experience managing high-profile logistical operations in Mishor Adumim. In his previous role, Meir oversaw all aspects of company operations — including staff management, daily coordination, and ensuring that every part of the business ran smoothly and efficiently.

Chaim Sonenshine serves as a Vacation Rentals QA Manager at Holy Estates. In his role, Chaim supports the management team with day-to-day coordination, organization, and follow-up, helping ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Chaim also plays an important role in maintaining the high standards of Holy Estates’ vacation rentals. He helps review property readiness, guest experience, cleanliness, maintenance follow-up, and overall quality control, making sure that each rental is prepared properly and reflects the professional standards our clients and guests expect.
Joven
Joven serves as the Head of Housekeeping at Holy Estates, bringing with him extensive experience from some of the world’s top hotels. With a strong background in luxury hospitality, he understands the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience.
Joven has also taught housekeeping at the university level, sharing his knowledge and professional expertise with others in the field. At Holy Estates, he leads the housekeeping department for our luxury apartments, ensuring that every property is prepared, maintained, and presented at the highest level.
